ABOUT RYAN
Born and raised in Shawnee.
Ryan was born and raised in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and his office is now located in downtown Shawnee. He is married to Julie Busler, and they have four children.
Before entering insurance, Ryan worked as a mechanical engineer for about a decade with GE/Wood Group in engineering, quality, and CNC programming. He later lived overseas, helped plant churches, lived in five countries, and learned several languages.
After returning to Oklahoma in 2018 because of his wife’s health, Ryan taught robotics and physics at Shawnee High School. While teaching, he began working part-time in his family’s insurance business. What began as a way to earn extra income grew into a passion for educating people about Medicare.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys working on an old Volkswagen camper van and camping with his family.
